S1b: Nazrin
S2: PCB. Runner up: MoF.
S2b: Kogasa
S3: MoF. SA is also quite nice.
S3b: Yuugi, I guess. None of these stand out much to me.
S4: IN. TD is pretty close here.
S4b: Marisa/Reimu/Prismrivers/Murasa. Seiga's them is also damn good. Please don't make me choose! Aside from S6 bosses this is possibly the strongest "slot".
S5: UFO
S5b: Sanae
S6: MoF. UFO is again very close.
S6b: Kanako. Byakuren, Yuyuko, Kaguya are all very close. Shame you hear the best themes in the games the least.
EX: IN to both. MoF, UFO and SA are all very strong overall too.

I'm surprised so many people like Extend Ash ~ Hourai Victim. Don't get me wrong, I love that stage theme and feel it deserves to be liked but many of my friends think it's the worst extra stage theme. I figured that dislike would carry over to here but I guess not.
