Japanese don't feel threatened by foreigners, they aren't taking jobs or anything.

It's a first world country and people have hobbies and things to enjoy, have a high enough quality of life, why would they hate on foreigners. People will be educated enough to know that when someone's a dick, it's not to do with their race.
