Why does this describe me perfectly...

>> No.10371793

Why are these personality traits even considered disorders?

>> No.10371795

Ever since I was a child, I only ever felt happy when I was alone. At first whenever people would knock on my door I would be annoyed, and slowly it started to get to me. I'd feel so depressed knowing that someone might knock on my door that often times I'd sleep 18+ hours at a time or stay in my bed. Eventually people stopped knocking on my door and eventually I started to feel happy again.

Today is an especially good day; there's a very small chance anyone will knock on my door. When I woke up and realized this I got this really big smile across my face, and it's more or less been there the entire day. I wish every day could be like this.

Being otaku is not "normal" to most people. Does that mean it's an illeness to?

It's one of the most broad personality disorders.

Don't confuse disorder with illness. Disorder is just a pattern of behavior that is noteworthy for being different than how most people act.
