Just think about it for a bit.
- Game is about religion wars
- Ichirin is playable
- Byakuren and Seiga appear in the intro
-> that implies they're both playable as well
-> which implies each of the factions gets at least 3 playable characters
-> further proven by Miko, Futo and Seiga appearing in the intro as well
- Kanako is the leader of her faction
- There are only three main people in her faction: Kanako, Suwako and Sanae
Thus, Sanae is going to be playable in HM. Hopefully with the double ahoge.

Aya likes scoops, so either her or Hatate are going to make it in as well, in Reimu/Marisa's "faction".
