Yes. She's friends with Reimu and Momiji. Suika seems to like her too, as she's always joking around with and asking her to drink with her in interviews. Remilia finds her amusing. Patchy is completely neutral to her. Keine gets along with her pretty well. Akyuu is fine with her. Actually the only people I can think of that out-rightly dislike her are Sakuya and Hatate.
