what is a good way to blow off steam?

I was walking in to the post office to collect my government assistance money and on the way out somebody held the door open for me and said "merry Chr-stmas." That shit really pisses me off, like when someone says "bless you" after I sneeze. "I'm just trying to be nice!" Yeah, naw, you're just a fucking asshole.

Anyone else feel this way?

I don't want to shit up the board with another off topic thread so I guess I'll just say it here. Is anyone unable to enjoy their Christmas because of PHYSICAL illness? I was hoping maybe just for one day, one day only, I could not be in agonizing pain so I could actually enjoy Christmas this year.
