Guy that had the burnt up Tsurupettan from a couple threads ago here. I thought I'd give an update on how it all turned out.

They told me to wait a few days to see if the markings would go away and they just sent me a replacement after I updated them today. They told me they couldn't replace it if I had used it at all but they didn't ask me to send the damaged one in. So I guess it depends on the case? Anyway I'm feeling happy about how it turned out. Hopefully the replacement won't have the same problems.
