What, 4-dimensional Go? You just gotta remember a couple of golden rules:

1) There's no time like the present.
2) You can't forget the past (nor love, nor pride)

I'm glad that you finally learned how to sage. Now if only you knew how to properly use it. "Go" is traditionally but is now extremely popular in Japan and is considered a sport. They have schools in Japan meant for the sole purpose of creating professional Go players.

The more you know.

As they do in south korea and in china too. Japanese suck at go. Koreans dominate the international go scene nowadays.

Speak for yourself, me. I play four dimensional game variants whenever I find them, but mspaint is incapable of rending a four dimensional gameboard.

I've played both Go and Chess. Not on any real 'level' on either though, strictly amateur.

However, I think both are those games you need to know the basics just because they're common knowledge. In the same manner as Texas Hold'em.

Or Bridge, which I sadly don't know how to play.

Never played Go, but used to play Othello often. I was once very good, too. Makes me a little sad that now I probably suck all over again.
