Is there anywhere I can just listen to soft-spoken Japanese women conversing in Nihongo?

Life calls for it.

Check out Ustream! They have all sorts of shows being broadcast in real time. Depending on the time of day, you might find some daytime television or a cooking show.

There was that one french-produced anime with the ladybug girl a little while ago, wasn't there?

I wonder what happened with that, I haven't been keeping up.

I have this cute japanese co-worker.

Today a customer came up to us. She was also from japan. Also cute.

They started talking to each other.

It was one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard.

I felt so happy, at peace, and I also felt like crying.

No other form is as powerful as when it happens right in front of you.

The iM@S cds have some drama tracks (out of 71 hours of iM@S recordings I have, 18 hours are talk). Chihaya's are very calming to listen to.

Can some of you link to some of the drama CDs? I don't know much about iDOLM@STER and sifting through all this stuff is daunting.

I'd imagine most drama CDs in general would have what the OP is looking for.

If there are any, I never downloaded any of the strictly drama CDs. They're just talk tracks put into the normal CDs.

Nonetheless, THE iDOLM@STER Vacation for you! and THE iDOLM@STER Christmas for you! seem to be about 50% talk tracks and THE iDOLM@STER YOUR SONG and THE IDOLM@STER MASTER SPECIAL CDs have a lot of talk tracks as well.
