Hello NEETs,

I was curious, how intelligent are you? Do you have some sort of specialized, in-depth knowledge outside of your /jp/ interests? Do you study anything with all of your free time?

I myself am pretty stupid, and I don't bother learning anything. When I get bored, I just go to sleep.

I have a Science degree from a decent university, but I wasn't intelligent enough to apply it at all.

The more interesting/important/big something is the more hesitant I am to do it. I used to LIKE doing things. Now I just sit around and do nothing, even though I hate it. What's wrong with me /jp/? Is this The Curse of The truNEET?

I got into the only selective entry high school in the state at the time. Went to do an engineering degree. Bitch slapped all the units. Got in the top something percentile in the first year and an invitation to some Golden Key society that I turned down. Got bored. Started not showing up. Still blitzed all the programming related units though. Started failing the others. This semester I failed two out of three units so either I drop out of have to show up in front of an academic committee and present a case for why I should continue.

I know a lot of shit about the x86 memory model that most developers don't know.

I know how to kill anything, I see these weird lines on objects and if I trace over them the item destroys and becomes unfixable. I learned this when I was in a car accident a few years ago.

I can't read a book without being literally bored to tears, my eyes water up from straining my brain to keep focused when it wants to run free on the internet.

I can't do anything. I don't have any particular interests, or at least any that I'm very involved in or anything. I'm the most boring person in the world, and I'm not intelligent as well.

I never paid attention in school, I never went to learn anything on my own. I'm very lazy and the few times I try to learn something, I generally give up because it's too hard.

I've been studying Japanese for years but I still struggle to memorize vocab and trip over words that I've drilled for months. Everytime that happens I just feel dumb.
