The only name that comes to mind that would work without any changes would be Remilia, because it's so similar to Emilia people shouldn't be too weirded out.

Which works out just fine because she's my favorite touhou.

Other than that even common names like Marisa or Alice would have to be localized.

But even if I end up having a kid one day, it won't be in this country, so all this talk is moot.
