I always imagined that in IN Reimu and Marisa fought due to disagreeing about the culprit (Marisa thinking about the bamboo forest folk and Reimu thinking it was the SDM's doing), then splitting up. Later she finds Sakuya and Remi but loses. She then finds Yukari and they confront Kaguya. Meanwhile Alice joins Marisa and their personalities clash. They end up fighting Reisen and Tewi with both taking advantage of Marisa and Alice not cooperating. Meanwhile Sakuya and Remi confront Eirin while Yuyuko and Youmu get lost and end up fighting Wriggle, Mystia and Keine in a gourmet journey before fighting Mokou.

Unless the SDM is taking a stand in a three-way religious fight that have nothing to do with them, I doubt any of them will be in 13.5.

I mean, it'd be hilarious and kind of in-character if Remilia decided that between Shinto, Buddhism and Taoism the correct answer is [Scarlet] Devil Worship, but I don't think ZUN will go there.
