Chiho Takachiho (did Nisio Isin fission or what), apparently main character of a series called Gakkatsu! You want to have sex with her because serious-looking girls with glasses, flat chest and long hair are highly appealing.

Stutter isn't cute. It's retarded.

The thing is, the vast majority of people don't even stutter when they're nervous. Long pauses between words and an overuse of filling words is how most people talk when nervous. Stuttering usually doesn't happen unless you have a serious speech impediment.

I so dearly wish this whole 'stuttering on the internet to look awkward for cuteness' bullshit would die down but sadly I don't see it happening anytime soon.

Indeed. But people who do have stutters stutter more when nervous.

I think it's cute because it reminds me of a beaten child.

(That's one of the easiest ways to give someone a stutter: severely abuse them as a child.)

It's funny because I've seen middle-aged men who genuinely believe that bullying makes kids strong. Maybe that's why Somalia is the world's central hub of science, culture and industry.

The sad thing is that a lot of people probably really do think that, but some of them surely must just want to see little kids get hurt.
