I'm seeing a relaxation therapist that keeps telling me the whole world is an illusion and I just nod and agree.

She keeps bringing up string theory and other cosmic stuff, too.

I'd say she's crazy but she's really good as a therapist and has me doing breathing exercises by laying on the floor with a blanket on me while she touches my ankles and chest.

So I guess no, I'm not really religious.

Agnosticism by itself doesn't mean anything. Being an agnostic atheist means you acknowledge not knowing whether a god exists, but that you do not believe it does.

You can also be an agnostic christian, which means you do not say that you know there is a god, but that you believe there is.

Apatheistic means that I am indifferent to whether there is a god. So I:

1. am indifferent to,
2. do not claim to know, and
3. do not believe in
