The problem is ZUN isn't doing anything with both of them. They were even omitted in SoPM.

I'm hoping they are going to appear in Hopeless Masquerade. Even if the chance is slim.

ZUN isn't doing anything with the SA cast either. He kind of foreshadowed their appearance twice but it's as if he changed his mind or just completely forgot what he was going to do with them.

For some time, Iku was the highest ranked character in the fighting games and one of the most usefull Touhous in the early Touhoumon games, since she was one of the only two Dragon Types.

Touhou fan games like Iku.
