So, I just torrented Mountain of Faith. Upon extracting the RAR file, these two CD Icons popped out. I'm not sure what to do from there. I've got Isobuster, but I'm not sure what to do with it.

Okay. I mounted the File with a CD Icon that was displayed when it asked me what I wanted to mount, and then it came up with an installation sequence with a bunch of gibberish obviously created by my computer's inability to read the characters. Now that I'm done with that there seems to be two files, one named th10.bin and the other called th10.cue. Now what?

...Huh, I kinda see it.
But looking at her picture, I'd say you can either interpret her as loli, or middle aged --> old lady. Somehow, she doesn't seem like Yukari or Kanako in terms of the, 20-30 agegroup. I guess you can probably blame that on her attire.

Moral of the story, ZUN needs to learn how to draw.

The Icon in My Computer doesn't have an Autorun command upon Right Clicking it. Using the Open or Explore command that did appear I was able to get into it and there is indeed a file that says "Autorun," however, clicking it provides a notepad document with several commands typed in it. Did I do something wrong?

That's a fair point, I suppose. Modern vidya has everything compressed these days, forcing you to run a .msi, so perhaps I've just become too used to it.
