One of the rules on Danmaku Duel is, a hit still count as a hit, whether it damages or not to the target. That was the intention, so the Youkai and such won't bullying weaker human.

But yet in SWR, Sakuya whine that her knife can't pierce Celestial's body?

look at how spellcard battles are shown in silent sinner in blue
both remilia and sakuya use physical attacks, the lunarians do as well
unless you were to assume that the battles that took place on the moon were not entirely played fair
