Okay so I just got a Dakimakura of Grimmjow Jaggerjacks for my birthday which is today~! ^-^ And sadly theres blood on it, my cat walked on him and he has blood on him becuase he is just getting over fleas and wont stop scratching... T_T

Anyway I did some searching online, and there are two possibilities of what you have. A normal body pillow with a Grimmjow case, or a pillow with his image actually printed on it.
If it is the actual pillow, then you may need to carefully hand scrub it yourself, though blood is difficult to remove.
If it is the case, then you can wash it in a machine. Just use high quality soap.
