Does /jp/ have anger issues? How do you control it?

I get incredibly violent when I'm angry and I can usually control it but just now I got really angry while trying to put together my new computer and ended up destroying everything. It wasn't until after I calmed down and realized what I did. There goes $1000 I guess.

Sorry, I thought this was /jp/ related.

I try to take it easy and usually I can, but I know the anger is just sitting under the surface waiting for me to fuck up. I'm literally just sitting here crying and shaking for no reason, my mind and body is just a complete mess of chemicals right now.

How can I take it easy all the time, /jp/? I don't want this to happen again ;_;

I'm usually incredibly calm, to the point of apathy. I also never become illogically angry, as many people with anger issues do. The reasons for my rage are very clear-cut and natural. They are things that would piss anyone off. However, I take it to a whole new level, seething and becoming intensely violent. I'm like a berserker or something.

I don't understand people who act out and do objectively destructive things without a logical reason. Please be calm. It is so much harder to construct than it is to wreck.

Are you an educated person? Knowledge inevitably creates understanding. I've personally found non-popularized war history to be a good subject. Just avoid patriotism, violent details and other easier-to-digest mumbo-jumbo.

You'll have to do a lot more to impress me. Everything I've seen in my life indicates that being angry tends to become a habit.
