2. Make a thread with a fairly open complaint or question (Why are X threads allowed?)
3. Link to the thread as an example.
4. Complain a lot. Write long paragraphs.
5. Wait for 100+ replies (/jp/ thread, so you're guaranteed at least this many).

Within 3-4 working days, the thread you don't like should have been deleted. Refer to the fact it was deleted in all future similar threads.

ADDITIONAL HINTS AND TIPS:

-Call the participants shitposters. Everybody hates shitposters. Even if they are keeping their threads condensed and are genuinely enjoying their discussions, you must call them shitposters. It is imperative that you demonize the people who like something that you don't.

-Make up lies, such as "they spammed pages and pages of Saten." You don't have to show any proof. The mods will believe anything.

-Intentionally spam the board with the types of threads in question. Make sure they are especially shitty. Then link to those threads after they are deleted (or you can delete them yourself) and say, "See? They're spammers and shitposters!"

-Alternatively, make a non-shitty thread about the subject you want to get rid of. Wait for it to reach a few dozen posts or so. Then delete it yourself (it is better to delete it at a time when a janitor is active). This will drive people crazy. They make even start shitposting -- and then the subject will hopefully be banned forever. If another thread about the same subject pops up, link to the one you deleted and say, "The janitor deleted the last one, why not this one?" If the janitor comes out and says he didn't delete it, e-mail moot and you can get him into some real trouble, as janitors are not allowed to admit to being janitors.
