The game run fine on 1x to 4x speed without any problems. It'd however crash and hang with 100% cpu consumption very often if you try to skip certain scenes instead of fast forwarding. It'd also prone to crash if you fast forward too fast on sex scenes and some other scenes with lots of animation. Save/load also get progressively slower as the game is reload spammed. You'd start to notice it after 20-30 save/reload or so.

If you have multiple cores available, I suggest to keep at least one core free while playing so your comp wont hang when shit hit the fan.
