2000 is perfectly fine where you're not starving yourself whatsoever but you're at a good deficit especially with exercise to lose weight, and it works, last time i did it i lost 10kg in 2 months (high fat, high protein, low carbs)
sure i gained it back in about a year or so, but during that time i reintroduced all the junk i cut out, sugar, pizza, take-out so it's natural

If you start skipping pronounciation, it will have a snowball effect where you want to skip more and more.
