Seeing that everyone was speculating on what C earns:
Her niconico streams get around 4k LIVE viewers (see picture) and if you look at VOD views within the first day they are generally over 10k. So it it is reasonable to assume she has around 8k members. Meaning she gets around $40k USD just from niconico memberships.
The same number of people are likely subscribed to the top tier on her Fantia so thats another $40k USD.
Throw in the donations, niconico points, those old videos that are for sale on Fantia, YouTube superchats etc. and thats probably another $20K USD.
She is probably making around $100k USD a month. Which is fucking insane.

My assumption came from VOD replays and just guessing the rough estimate of her member as you did. I came to the conclusion that she has at least 15k at the lowest and 25k at most.
