afaik there are laws where if your country has an age of consent of, say 18, then you go to another country with an age of consent of, say, 16 and have sex with a 16 year old, they can prosecute you for it if it was one of the reasons you go over there.

Additionally some countries enforce their age of consents the other way too. Like Norway, it's 16 but if a Norwegian 15 year old had sex in France with a French citizen (age of consent 15) he could be prosecuted because Norway's is 16. This is only the case with some countries I think, but it's still worrying.
