I have 4 Meiki's Sarah, Maria, ZXY and Yen Yu Yee. I found all 4 pleasant to use but some are better than others.

the prep time necessary makes it annoying.
for it to really work well and to retain heat, it needs to sit in there for at least 15 minutes, probably closer to 30. however if you finish early you can get away with shorter heating times. if your ona is heavy, I would recommend a 20 min heating time minimum, though you should probably keep an eye on it the first time.

I just ordered from OtonaJP for the first time. I went with the cheapes Japan Post airmail option (. It was sent January 24th and I got it today 1st February)

I'm not paying more than 2000 yen shipping for a 2500 yen hole for sure. I placed small orderd to avoid taxes as they are strict on calculating the item value and shipping value for the tax limit and found out it pays off in the end like this.

Also, Japan Post first rejected my package. Remember I posted about it like three threads back ? Here is a clue as to why but they ripped most of it off. Anyone know what it means ?

The Japanese just says 日本郵便 (upside down) which means "Japanese postal service" and 補修 which means "repair".
I'm pretty sure the English is supposed to say "Repaired by Japan post due to the damaged packaging". Box probably got torn somewhat during transport.
