It really won't matter then, they could get rid of the country names and just name geographical areas with numbers. Japan really would become district 11.

To clarify, I think this is for the best. When everyone follows the same western culture there will be fewer things to fight over. Even when I travel I see African and Islamic culture being slowly westernized through the introduction of feminism and capitalism without limits.
