I can't speak on cleaning that hole specifically, but just go see a general physician w/r/t the possible infection, trust me. I disagree, my venus real had quite a bit of dirt and hair on the exterior which was very difficult to remove even after heavy washing. After using corn starch on the externals, it's smooth and dirt free. It does make a noticeable difference in the external cleanliness of the onahole. Pretty much all kinds, from medium(toysheart) to soft/very soft holes. I only stay away from firm ones with aggressive textures like firm spirals.

The thin tightly woven kinds, yeah. Like glass cloth. Any lint-free type, pretty much, rather than the thicker garage/kitchen types build for absorption alone.
But still try to avoid dry rubbing, aka friction.

Hold the hole open and spear the cloth in there.
Close the hole around it and move, but don't rub. Just contact the entire surface.
Then, if possible, pull the cloth out from the far in end first, removing it inside out with limited friction. Long tweezers help.

But I guess his point is for common use. As long as the hole is clean and going to be used again soon, drying isn't deadly important. Heavy drying, while a good habit always, is mainly for lengthy storage.

getting the right amount of lube for a hole takes a bit of trial and error as you learn the ins and outs of the hole, and varying how much lube, which lube, and dilutions can make a huge difference in the enjoyment of a hole and take some experimenting to get used to.

I just picked up a venus real in soft, I can see how some might find the very soft way too soft, as my soft venus is already softer than the softest things I owned previously (meiki ZXY/sarah).

Finally got to try this out.

Wet Meiki Monster Chimera: It's pretty heavy to hold, but feels good in your hands.
