Two things wrong with that assumption;

1) We don't really know that he's that much older. The image of him being a bearded old geezer is a fan's rendition. Zun never gave an official portrait or description of his actual appearance.

2) Even if he was old, Yuyuko wouldn't care. Only a male's phallus is capable of appeasing Yuyuko's seemingly bottomless appetite--She'd fuck anyone as long as he has a penis. Even by normal standards, she's a pretty big slut. Considering this, would it be any surprise that she'd get knocked up by Youki and give birth to Youmu?

Fanon is non canon that nearly all secondaries seem to think is an accurate depiction of a (group of) characters behavior(s). Example would be "Baka Cirno", Alice/Patchouli being a lesbian, Rinnosuke x Anyone, any Yuri Pairing, Chen being a cute little catgirl and not a total bitch, ect. ect.

After seeing Sanae reach the number 1 spot in the 2ch ero-ranking Touhou characters earlier this year, I'm not sure if the slut meme as limited as you might think. She does bear the brunt of H-doujins and H-pictures, after all.
