Which Touhou game is the hardest to 1cc?

Which one is the easiest to 1cc?

the easiest to 1cc is fucking LSS

>> No.9976970

A: Not enough information. What difficulty? Are you including uncomparable games such as PoDD and HRtP?
2: This question is too subjective. You'll find some of the games are easier or harder depending on how you play, whether you're good at dodging and/or memorization, etc.

I'm a newhu trying to 1cc Perfect Cherry Blossom. I refuse to use any continues.

What's the logic behind recommending that one for entry level?

>> No.9977512

>>9977509
none lol go play IN or MoF

>> No.9977516

>>9977509
It's easy but 1ccing it is still an accomplishment unlike with IN or MoF. What difficulty are you playing on?

Also, you should use continues so that you can unlock every stage in practice mode. That's pretty important if you want to be able to 1cc it.

>> No.9977523

>>9977516

Normal. I just play through as far as I can. Can get to stage 4 so far.

Guess I'm for some kind of self imposed accomplishment, but I do need to learn more about modes and points and what have you.

>> No.9977524

>>9977509
I personally don't find PCB as entry level in terms of difficulty.
You're better off playing EoSD for getting used to movement as it's normal difficulty isn't that hard and the game won't teach you any bad habits(IN-long deathbomb frames, MoF-Bomb system).
If difficulty is your thing then play SA or UFO.

>> No.9977529

>>9977523
If it doesn't go against your self-imposed rules, find a replay file of someone 1ccing PCB on normal with the shot type you're using: www.replays.gensokyo.org

That way you'll get a better idea of how to stream certain parts, do certain spellcards etc.

>> No.9977537

Thanks for the link, looks interesting. So far I'm enjoying the "long-term" effort of no continues, but I'm sure I'll start playing more efficiently in time.

Agreed

I know what it is, I am claiming dubiousness at your claim, since all the good EoSD players I'm aware of don't use it.

Also prefer the way the original games looks, but that's taste etc.
