which kind of friendly activity should we engage in now?

Can't bring myself to trust people over the internet, i mean, how do i know whether i am valued or just another name on the screen represented by some letters in a chatbox?
Same with game stuff, how am i not a very advanced version of a bot to other people?
Meanwhile e-mail discussion is something i never attempted, what do people talk about through emails? If i feel the need to discuss things i'm interested in, why can't i start a thread about them on the related board on 4chan, and discuss them there? But still, this is the only option that i don't see as fake and unkind, it's been there since centuries and is cute and friendly, i think that even things i could get elsewhere would amuse me, if given by a person i happen to care about/that cares about me.

So, i guess i wouldn't mind, i added my e-mail address in this post, to those who happen to be interested in having a little chat once in a while, maybe exchange some cute pictures/videos, or just telling the other person that you're there, if that's your thing, i wouldn't mind, and think that it would actually make me somewhat happy.

Yesterday I held a conversation with a person I thought I has absolutely nothing in common, it was pretty nice, we talked for like half an hour about cats... Anyway, my point is that people shouldn't limit talking only about their niche interests, be it visual novels, anime or manga, otherwise they may be losing the opportunity to make really nice friends.
