Yeah, scrolls of oracle are disproportionately valuable for their usefulness. They make an okay source of income if you like dungeons. Scrolls of faith are worth more, but are vastly useful and I would only trade them away for a piece of pious equipment or some great artifact.

Those have different sprites, but no clothes/hair or whatever. But I just checked and it's definitely possible to make new clothing, hair or whatever that works in game. So there has to be a Japanese site somewhere with a shitton of it.

And yes, practicing skills related to an attribute will raise the potential for that attribute, meaning it's much more likely to increase when you level. Hence why characters with weight lifting tend to have high strength, even if they're fairies.

1. Hit 'space' when you're not on top of another object or hit 's' to search in static locations (towns, workshop, little sister's mansion, putit cave in vernis, etc...). If you get a 'you sense something' message, you're around a medal. Walk around while searching. The 'You see something shine' message means you're really close. After a while, you'll pretty much recognize where the medals are because they're not in random locations in towns, they're in particular nooks and cranies. You can only get them once from doing this though.

2. Dungeon crawl and hope the bejeweled chest the boss drops contains small medals.

3. NPCs carry some sometimes. Murder, steal, perform and make them throw it at you, trade, etc...

4. Treasure hunting has some sometimes.

5. Once I had a delivery quest make me carry one to the client. Well, I said fuck that, kept the small medal, and just took the karma hit.

6. Part of random quest rewards (you know, when you finish a job and get scrolls/ores/equipment/furniture. It's sometimes one of those random things).

I'm playing a lich wizard (read: non-existent CHA) and found out that the escort quest npc's, puppy cave quest dog, etc, require a free party slot. So unless I leave my starting loli behind, I can't do any of these. Should I reroll and take the sexy feat, or should I just keep playing and do only delivery quests until I manage to get CHA over 5? (I've hardly done anything so far, might want to reroll anyway and save the ID and uncurse scrolls from the tutorial, not get my loli's equipment damaged by slimes, etc.)

With other adventurers, you can hire them and then slowly raise their Impress like you do with lolis. They will also drop by your house, sometimes to have a drink with you and increase Impress by more than 10 points. Engagement stuff also works, but they'll only accept when they're in your party.

Here's something I just found out, a quick way to increase their friendship with you. With my CHA of 52, each person I prostitute myself to gains 6 points of Impress. Not sure if CHA influences the Impress gained, but if you take the adventurer into your party, throw alcohol and make them drunk, and then solicit yourself to them, voila, continuos 6 Impress points.

The increasing (In)sanity points worry me, though.

Slimes, strangely enough, are not immune to acid.
Don't kill the putits that are between you and the slime, then shoot the slime with a ranged weapon until it bleeds. Doing so doesn't hurt your putit meat shield. If the slime bleeds onto the putit square, retreat down the corridor to make the entire train follow you, getting the slime onto it's own acid. Then just keep shooting it until it dies.

Fame increases mission rewards for me but makes the missions a hell lot harder. Usually, when I pop in to Palmia check the quest board, the easiest thing on my list is like $$$$ and the hardest thing is like $x15 or something. Of course, getting 15k+ a quest to/from Noyel is worth it so I stuck with my fame. Also, I dunno about you but I rarely get bandits now. The tax is a killer though but it only takes a couple quests to pay the tax so... One or two trips to Noyel. And if you take several delivery quests at the same time, don't be afraid to use a scroll of return. It'll only take away 10 karma BUT you still have the quests. You'll make back that 10 karma EASILY.

Sounds like a good plan doesn't it? Until the alien bursts out of your chest causing immense pain and damage and then starts spraying acid and infecting other people, ruin all your gear and items with the acid, and then rape you. And even if you kill them all, there's a high chance one of them will infect you or your pets or any NPC survivors. There are easier ways to get an NPC killed. This is not one of them.
