Also, I don't think I have autism. No matter how hard I try to fool myself, I don't think I have any disorder or disease. I thought I might have depression once, but I think I was just being melodramatic.

It's not too hard to fake it. There are no visible symptoms, so you just have to act like an autist, and eventually get diagnosed.
Make sure you're convincing around your family. If they don't consider you weird already, start out slowly, and only acknowledge it once they confront you about it.

I don't know, OP. People tell me to be patient and that someday I will find the things I want to do in life, and then I will be happy and "normal". But I've been in a bad state since more than a year so... I don't know.
