I like her design, but I hate any touhou that thinks it's okay to eat humans. They're truly disgusting.

Her stage and boss theme are great, and she's a fine character on her own, but canon mystia has horribly long nails, which are my largest turn-off possible.

I don't think so. I like to think she haunts the mound of foreigners at dark nights looking for the occasional lost outsider. Rumia and Wriggle do the same, but I think it's a bit too fanwankish to imagine that they form a group to hunt better.

It'd be all kinds of cool if they did, however. Maybe the weaker youkai really need to band together to avoid accidents when hunting. The trio would find a lost foreigner, kill and eat him, and then return laughing, wiping blood from their faces, with their bellies full and their spirits high.
