Does /jp/ have waifu fantasies or is that just tc and /a/ shit?

>> No.9858789

Yes, and it's much, much worse here.

>> No.9858794

That's low scale. I have a whole separate world in my head that I fantasize about.

>> No.9858792

Silly crossboarder, we are the waifus.

>> No.9858799

Not really, I think /jp/ might actually be more tolerant of such matters nowadays. That, and the whole "waifu" culture is dumb.

Man, good thing we're not on TC, otherwise I bet I'd be doxed for saying that.

>> No.9859056

Of course, /jp/ is just more quiet about it.

>>9858799
Be excellent to each other!
God, Tohno and his IRC buddies are bigger faggots than moot and his crew.

I have a 13 yo husbando.

I don't use the term "waifu". As it's like branding yourself an "otaku" and posting it all over your facebook or whatever.

>> No.9859170

>>9859153
-Doesn't want to be branded as an "otaku"
-posts in "otaku culture".

I've grown from waifu shit to supporting idols.

It doesn't even hurt me to say this anymore, actually I'm glad that I was able to change.

>> No.9859242

I don't consider my self a /jp/sie since I actually read light novels and visual novels but yeah, I have a waifu.

>> No.9859249

Some of us do.

>> No.9859293

we have waifus but we do not have waifu culture

>> No.9859904

/jp/ is even more serious about waifus than /a/. We have a lot of new people who migrated from other boards than /a/ and can't understand our sentiments though.
Furthermore we don't call them waifus anymore because /jp/ is too small to deal with the horde of normalfags who would bother us if they knew how serious we were.
