Power levels usually aren't a big issue in fighting game balance, or else Oni and Akuma would be overpowered in street fighter, Slayer would be overpowered in Guilty Gear, Dormammu and Shuma Gorath would be overpowered in Marvel vs Capcom

Tewi's kinda redundant with "security" when Eirin and Kaguya are two of the most powerful Touhous in the first place. Still, even if she does know a lot more than Reisen, she applies it in very limited ways which are hardly near as beneficial as Reisen's applications.

Eirin and Kaguya don't need to be at the door to fuck people up, they just need to do it whenever someone challenges them.

Medical applications are generally more beneficial than comedic ones. I don't see Tewi going out and selling medicine she either made herself or helped to make with Eirin. Maybe she would give medicine to the other youkai rabbits, but not to anyone or anything else.

I have a hard time seeing how one can conclude Reisen /doesn't/ have a more beneficial application of knowledge than Tewi. Maybe you can educate me on that one.
