How many of you try to keep your homes in complete darkness? Why?
How often/much do you bathe, eat, and sleep?

>> No.983042

I'm too awesome to shut or open things, I have a day room, where I go when I am awake, and a morning room, where it's dark 24/24, that's where I go when I want to sleep.
I bathe as much as four times a week sometimes, so I'm quite clean.

>> No.983041

don't actual NEETs usually have to live with other people (e.g. family)?

well, anyway, yes, I keep my house in complete darkness to save on electricity (most appliances are thus left unplugged).

I shower approx. twice a day, eat twice a day and sleep whenever I feel tired.

Once every 2 or 3 days.
Twice a day.
5 hours.

Could you faggots stop speaking in a tone as if becoming a hikikomori is some kind of accomplishment? Call yourselves shut-ins for crying out loud, you're not fucking Japanese and it's shorter to type. I doubt most of you have even truly lived a "hikikomori" life for more than a year since apparently you do not realize it's nothing to brag about at all.

Live this kind of life for at least 2+ years, and then we'll talk. But until then, stop watching 'NHK Ni Youkoso!' and shut the fuck up OP, and as well as the rest of the fags here trying to boast how much of a bigger failure they are.

>> No.983070

I am a hermit, not a hikkikomori, and since I make a decent income from home, I am not a NEET.

I live alone, make money from the interbutt, and only go outside to buy food.

I like sunlight, and have my curtains open most of the time, I have netting so people can't see in but I can see out.

I bathe rarely, basically if I need to go somewhere. I eat 2 or 3 times per day, when I wake up and before I sleep. I sleep 5-7 hours, the times vary.

Currently, I am falling asleep at around 5am and waking around noon, but I could just as easily be sleeping at 9pm or something.

Britfag linguistics major here

It's perfectly grammatical and a quite common in journalism, since it's more compact and an easy edit when you have to give out a piece with an exact word count.

There are much more important things to rage over, like when people say "I could care less" about something, rather than the correct "couldn't care less".

How many of you try to keep your homes in complete darkness? Why?

I try to keep my room in complete darkness because I like my room when its dark. Its alot cooler and alot more comfortable. I do open my blinds and let some light in when its hot though.

How often/much do you bathe, eat, and sleep?

I take showers every night and bird baths in the morning. I eat whenever I'm hungry and I go to sleep whenever I'm tired.

I turn the light on when I'm eating, to avoid risk of spilling food. I have the curtains closed all the time, except when it is dry outside and I open all the windows to change the air. I feel much more comfortable in darkness.
