XPC03925 is pretty neat. Load the attached save and watch when her eyes blink.

I've been wanting ask this since time ago.

Do you have tips or tutorials about how to deal with physics and long skirts? I see often that it seems like there are big fans in the floor. Disabling the physical operation isn't an option. I experimented with gravity options and it doesn't help that much, lowing its speed can reduce the effect but it can make other part of animations look weird in some situations. I noticed that it is more visible when the character is sit or lying down.

I googled for something about that but I didn't find anything, most MMD tutorials in English are about applying others motion data files.

Normally you are able to go under Help -> Enhance Model -> Physics Model, and edit the physics of each bone from there. But I can't open it with that model for some reason, maybe because it's a pmx file and not pmd.
