Psychedelics are fun as well. It's safe and non-addictive too.

Stay away from the dirty drugs, /jp/. Don't start honking crack pipes or using heroin and painkillers. Stick to the wholesome, natural stuff that the hippies and the various native people of the world used.

Where do you get drugs in Japan?

>> No.9667444

>>9667413

No where if you're a gaijin. You need connections and even then the market is very limited. Marijuana isn't that popular in Japan because the laws are so harsh that people don't dabble. If you do drugs in Japan then you go all out because they don't give a shit if you're smoking crack or weed, it's all the same to them and you would get punished in an equally severe way. Too much risk to bother with weak stuff.

Meth is the most commonly used illegal drug in Japan. If you ever had access to an illegal drug in Japan then it would probably just be meth or some kind of amphetamine.

I had to put that there because of /jp/'s current use of spoiler tags for everything but spoilers.
It is only natural for people to hover over spoilered text automatically now, considering how rarely it is an actual spoiler.

This is one of the main reasons why I could never live in Japan.

I'm not a drug user, but the control that the Japanese government holds over their citizens is frightening. The penalties they have for what we would see as relatively minor and victimless crimes are so extreme and the culture is so supportive of these things over there. Everything from the tattoos on your body to the substances that you ingest. Such a disregard for personal freedom and I don't care if tattoos are associated with Yakuza, it's not right that they treat anyone with any kind of tattoo like they're some kind of murderer.

They're in a peaceful country with a very low crime rate, but they got to that point by creating a restrictive and robotic society filled with people that blindly follow the laws and absurd prejudices without offering any resistance.

>Osaka Mayor Toru Hashimoto, who launched a crusade to eradicate tattoos from the public sector last week, has announced plans to prevent the promotion and advancement of any city employee who declined to respond to a survey asking them if they have tattoos.
>"Citizens feel uneasy or intimidated if they see tattoos (on workers) in services and it undermines trust in the city," Hashimoto has said.
>Hashimoto initiated a survey in Osaka that asked employees of the city government to provide information about visible and concealed tattoos, such as how long they had had them. He has also threatened to dismiss any city worker who has tattoos, Fuji TV reports.
>"We need to have possession of this information. Anyone who doesn’t respond to the survey should be reported to HR and passed over for future promotion. This all goes without saying," Hashimoto told a news conference
