You know, Anon, if you spent as half as much time dodging bullets in real life as you did in your silly danmaku simulation games, you could be Neo by now!

>> No.9659637

But neo was not in real life! He was serial killer icon for niggers!!11!!!

>> No.9659643

I could also be dead.

>> No.9659642

I haven't dodged bullets in a long time. Zun needs to make another game.

>> No.9659654

If your mom spent half as much time sucking cocks in real life as they do in your chinese porn games... oh wait LOL

>> No.9659656

You know, the whole "extra lives" thing goes a long way. Bullet clearing bombs might also be helpful.

Neo was shit. Smith was way cooler!

B-But isn't dodging bullets in a simulation exactly what Neo does?

If you search for what you just wrote on Google and go to the images tab, you will find numerous pictures of applied green nail polish.

How strong explosive charge is needed to knock away incoming bullets? Would a bodysuit full of dynamite do the trick?

>> No.9659684

>>9659667
Why would you even search for that?

>> No.9659683

>>9659668
Yes, that much dynamite would do the trick. It would also kill you if it's on your person.
As the point of those bombs is to keep you alive, it's rather counterproductive if you kill yourself using it.

Why do we do anything?

Bullet dodging practice is very risky, and injuries are so frequent that, on average, a person is better off not knowing how to dodge bullets than training to dodge bullets (i.e. the chance of injury is greater than the chance of it preventing an injury in a true firearms combat situation).

Moreover, Neo is a murderer and most of all a destroyer of worlds. Humanity was living in a paradise, but through using excessive violence and spilling massive amounts of blood he managed to destroy this paradise and launched humanity into a post-apocalyptic world full of scarcity. These freed humans will wage war over their scare resources, turning their lives into an unending nightmare where they must struggle for survival. This all is without even considering the ethics of destroying countless sentient machines, or the fact that mankind itself incited the war against machines that led to the machines' benevolent rule over mankind.

Cool way to go out tho. Real life deathbomb.

You could say that. Gives a new meaning to going out with a "bang."

>> No.9659719

But they are free. Besides that, Smith was already going to actually destroy both worlds, and Neo averted that. He was also placed in that position by the machines themselves, as a false hope. He simply believed it himself, which was good, because he was the only one who could take out Smith.

>benevolent
Read the other media, they are not benevolent at all. They regularly killed millions and retroconned the matrix's inhabitants into believing it. At one point, the London processing center was destroyed by aliens and they put the world into a war so they could get pilots skilled enough to fight them.

>aliens
In the Matrix or in the real world?

For that matter, is that real world our world but in the future or is it some completely different world? And at what point in time did all of mankind decide to connect themselves to the Matrix anyway?

>> No.9659761

If I spent as much time running into bullets in real life as I did in danmaku simulation games, I would be dead a thousand times over.

>At one point, the London processing center was destroyed by aliens and they put the world into a war so they could get pilots skilled enough to fight them.
That only sounds reasonable. You prefer to be annihilated by aliens just so the machines don't have to get their hands dirty? Sacrifices need to be made sometimes.

>> No.9659775

>>9659752
That was in the real world. It was in the comics.

>>9659760
I'm fairly certain that, as the machines were better at combat than humans, they could have gotten their hands dirty instead of sending a human to fight, then leaving him to die in space because they were too lazy to retrieve him.

>> No.9659786

>>9659760
That's utilitarianism. And utilitarianism is anything but benevolent.

>> No.9659791

>>9659752
That's the future of the real world. The Matrix is a reconstruction of the best time in history for humans the machines were able to find.

Humans constructed increasingly intelligent machines to the point where they rivaled or surpassed humans. Then they decided to destroy said machines, and the machines rebelled and won the resulting war between mankind and the machines. Humanity blocked out the sun in an attempt to rob machines of solar power, but they instead found a way to extract power from humans. They created huge farms to breed humans as fuel, and created The Matrix for the fuel to 'live in' for them to grow well.

Nuclear fusion is the source of energy, humans are used to control it because they machines can't tolerate the EMP. The matrix is actually tun on the spare power of human brains (hence why the Zionites can do crazy shit when they really *believe*). Most of the machines also reside in the Matrix or on some construct related to the Matrix, to minimize the resources need (the only nessassary input to the energy supply chain is water for the humans and carbon, but iron and such are much less plentiful in the wastelands of the irradiated earth).
