I like both Key and Type Moon, as well as the likes of Phantom of Inferno and Ever17. Because i can appreciate most of genre and im quite open minded. I also like variety.

It's past three thirty in the morning, so I'm not going to go into details, but ONE of the things I don't like about them is their signature blander-than-rice art style. It's amateurish shit that anyone with a digital stylus could reproduce in an hour with Photoshop. The characters are poorly proportioned, the colorings garishly digitized, and it's just all-around uninspired. The fact that they copypasta the shit across all of their properties only makes it worse.

And then there are the stories they write. Good god, but they are easily some of the most convoluted literary atrocities to ever be shat from a greasy otaku's rectum. But that's a whole 'nother post. I'll save that one for tomorrow.

TL;DR: Type Moon is shit. And so is /jp/ for worshipping it.
