I've had an Alice and a Marisa fumo for a while now, but I've been neglecting them. When I go to sleep I put them on my nightstand. When I go to my computer, I put them on the shelf. I used to take pictures, but not so much these days.

Any ideas on some fun things to do with them? Picture is just one of my older ones from when I only had Marisa.

I'm around! Kind of. The weather here has been horrible this summer. Rain every day is not good for taking fumos on adventures, not to mention the tourists flooding every beautiful spot. I'd like to take pictures of the fumos, but I haven't really had any opportunities to. Other stuff has also been happening in life, conspiring to get me away from photographing fumos.

I generally sit my fumos somewhere, and carry one around or take one for a walk on occasion. They're too small to sleep with or cuddle sadly.

Sakuya volunteered to explain how to stand a broom up by itself.

First of all, you want the bristles to be on the floor. It just won't work the other way around. Unless you are really, really good at balancing brooms.

Then, you want to grab the top end of the broom, and center it as well as you can. Grip it only lightly to feel if it wants to fall one way or the other, and lightly compensate.

Once you feel that it's not leaning one way or the other, let go. That's it! It's actually really simple!

Then, once you have the broom stood up, you have to sit on the broom and balance it some more. Marisa is probably the most skilled at this. Fin!

Sakuya Sez: This is easiest with a new broom, when the bristles aren't scattered all about.

It's 70cm tall when sitting, about 2.3 feet according to google. I bought it so I could put it on my lap and cuddle it because my large $20 pumpkin I got on halloween is fraying and falling apart.

As for the money part... I don't own any regular fumos except a small Marisa and I just can't contain myself with big purchases so when I saw amiami had this I couldn't stop myself. I can just buy less food and hygiene stuff next month and save it for October. It'll be okay.
