Is it wrong that I save all of my favorite Kig pictures and photoshop them so the skin fabric is seamless and there are no wrinkles or anything? I think my Kig obsession has become unhealthy. That's my point anime in a realistic setting ( Durarara for example, the world they live in could be our world ) is going to have realistic clothes in it, therefore they might be cosplaying a character who wears realistic clothes see? granted its not very imaginative, but its their choice how they want to dress ( they also might simply not have saved up enough to buy ( or make ) an elaborate cosplay so they have to make do.

The problem is that they're trying to dress in alternative Japanese street fashion styles by assembling together clothes from mainstream Western stores that kinda-sorta fit the aesthetic because they can't afford the real deal.

the putting on the kigurumi tends to be pretty easy, what really helps is having a form fitting zentai to keep dexterity in the fingers. only a couple outfits do i actually need help with, usually anything involving a corset. pulling on the strings to tighten them feels like it takes a toll on the zentai, so i generally don't like doing it.

Generally hip and breast padding, apparently you can use upholstery foam for the hips
but most recommend silicone for breast forms, that can be a problem on a budget though, just experiment and see what works best

you can wear some kind of shaper if you think you need to but usually padded hips/thighs/butt will offset the waist. If you DIY the padding make sure to at least study what makes a woman's hips different than a dude's.

That's not very nice. Do you want to see my pictures that bad? All I did was use the eye dropper tool to edit out the seems and ripples in the skin and also make some adjustments to make the masks look less plastic and be more of a similar texture to the skin. You could probably do it if you wanted to.
