The whole Initial D soundtrack is eurobeat, that's most people's first exposure to it. I like it, and there's always people in the comiket threads anticipating the new releases, so most likely it's just one or two shitposters that have this derailed.

I have strange taste in music, myself; I like to listen to what I like to call "music to set things too". I can't really describe it well, but if pressed I would say that it's a kind of music that can encompass any and all genres but always has an "atmospheric" feel to it. Consequentially, pretty much all of the music I listen to comes from soundtracks for one thing or another.

From what I understand of that, he made the first, shittier version, realized it was shit, and tried to get the better version to A-One before it was sent to print but couldn't. He posted the better version here some time back, didn't he? Though I DO notice that the mastering for both his tracks on TEB4 were bad, which had to be A-One since the version of Final Breath that was on Odyssey's bandcamp for a while was FAR less distorted.

"The End" sounds okay. Not his best, he was better with Sugano I think, but it's a nice way to end the album in more than just song title.

Mortimer is one of Odyssey's aliases, it's a Eurobeat thing. If I recall right, as is DNA Team. I notice he's used "DNA Team" on a couple of Touhou-related tracks, and Mortimer on some of his more sentimental or dark pieces.
