Miko's spellcards were pretty damn disappointing.

Miko's design is an eyesore to me.

But hey, opinions.

But Miko's cards were weak.

And her group is disorganized and full of internal conflicts.

I liked Cosmic Mind more. And Byakuren's spellcards are much nicer. I rather like Miko's design though.

That's by far the shittiest spellcard in her arsenal. It's piss easy and the pattern is embarrassingly elementary for ZUN's work. Like, babby's-first-danmakufu-spell tier.

Byakuren's brother had the best legend. He stayed up there in his mountain temple for his whole life and sent UFOs around to shop for him. Not even the Emperor could bring him down from that temple, and this is back when the Emperor's authority was such that he could order trees to walk around for his own entertainment.

Miko is so much better than Byakuren!

She's a power-hungry racist, but she's amusingly open about it and the SoPM roundtable discussion was probably very enlightening for her, so it's all dandy.

I think Byakuren has a better design and theme though Miko´s theme doesnt
fall sort.

Spellcard-wise Byakuren´s seems to show off more of her informed abilities (physical ability enhancement for example) while Miko´s dont seem to do that (I mean wasnt there a gathering of divine spirits all around her? You only get a nod of this in one or two her spell cards.)

There's the trouble. Futo is way better than anyone in Myouren, but Myouren has some good Touhous too. Futo can't stand up to ALL of them at once.
Miko's about even with Nue, who's the best Myouren has. Tojiko...I don't know what to make of Tojiko. I don't know much about her.

Id say Byakuren is the best Myouren has without counting the MoF charactersand say that Fut, if anything is better than Miko and lower level character-wise than Byakuren.

Then again, Byakuren has had more time for the fanwank to develop her. If they had been in the same game though, Futo would have probably stolen the show.

Design and theme-wise, my favorite remains Miyako.

Miko is one of few people able to make Reimu lost in words. She also fights Shinigami on daily basis and takes that as entertainment. She's pretty badass.
