It's amazing when you realize you can just email people. I've emailed a lot of famous people (both on the internet and in real life), yet I'm always consistently shocked that I get a reply.

I guess it's just something people check frequently, but the Facebook generation can't be bothered to configure a mail client. The day email is entirely with some AJAXified app, we're fucked.
