Basically, I think men should be men. Traditional gender roles are fine, and I hate the effeminate or "it's hip to be square" culture most men in their twenties have these days.

Ideally, I definitely think people should work less, but companies should employ more. They might even be able to get away with paying the same they do now. Just hire two people instead of one. I guess people would feel they need more money though, and then argue to be overworked again so they can buy more iPhones.

Also more companies should hire at night. I don't know why this is so rare. I should be able to get a job in an office from midnight to the early hours of the morning. Human beings are perfectly capable of sleeping during the day, and it would be neat if towns and cities were about as active and safe at 2am as they are at 2pm. You could effectively double your business.

Sometimes being asked if you're gay isn't the worst thing. I have rather "manly" hobbies like collecting firearms, lifting, cars, and golfing among others.
