I re-realized this earlier when I went over to /a/ for the first time in over 3 or so years and stayed around for a few hours. I know I shouldn't say this since /jp/ isn't exactly good or anything, but Jesus Christ is that place horrendous. I don't think I've ever seen so many shitty posters all in one place like that. On top of that I saw a few Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece threads and people were actually talking about them! I can really see why some people would rather have an anime thread here instead of in the proper place.

Anyway, it seems like the shit posters of /a/ are all migrating to /jp/, giving the finnish and native shitposters a run for their money. It doesn't help that the most stupid people frequenting this site have become aware of /jp/ thanks to /sp/'s bullshit. Hell, /sp/ is even trying to make us their new /a/. I think I'll be moving back to /a/.

Came back there for the SZS finale, got fed up by the threads themselves and left after one day. Not going to miss discussing anime with them, even with the return of Moyashimonn. They don't seem like the people I knew. The majority of them now sound like some authentic hyperactive weeaboos that just got introduced to anime recently, the kind that browse animesuki. Instead of using emoticons they abuse reaction images.

Don't be fooled /jp/, they boast about us having more shitposting, which is done by a vocal group and only stands out because this board is slow, whereas their shitposting and off-topic threads are treated as the norms.

One last thing, besides the shitposters (namely a certain tripfag brigade), some petty people have tried to scare /jp/ers and lure them to /a/. I used to have some good times there, but for this I will forever regard them with contempt.
