There is a bunnygirl race for oblivion, so with that, a few clothing/other mods and a lot of "face tuning", you might be able to re-create her.

Putting kawaii uggu~ characters in TES games just looks odd, unless you mod all the NPCs as well.

It's better to go for a more realistic take on the character, else you'll look way out of place.
