Even in the VN, Teppei was only abusive. He hated Satoko, he didn't want to go near her and only touched her to hit her.
He already had that one bitch hanging off his arm half the time, so he probably did not rape her.

It's the same thing with Miyoko at that horrible orphanage: tremendous, mind-scarring abuse, but nothing sexual is definitively stated or even overtly implied. You just immediately assume rape had to have been involved because they're weak young girls and the abusers are big strong men.

He implied he wanted to kill her more than anything so she'd stop annoying him.

That sounds like a mistranslation of "abused". At least in japanese it was absolutely never clear.

It was explicitly stated in the VN that Teppei considered Satoko too young to please him sexually. It's strongly implied that he definitely would have done it if she was a little older, but he very clearly wasn't into little girls.
