I really like this idea, actually. It attempts to break down walls that exist around purely physical sex. There's nothing wrong with enjoying the pure physical act. Of course, as students mature they will want something more, but they'll be in a healthy, comfortable position with their sexuality, and I think that would lead to an overall more peaceful society.
